In November the Church remembers all those who have died and gone to Heave As part of this we celebrate the feasts of All Saints on November 1st and All Souls on November 2nd. We also think of our family members who have gone to Heaven too.

This Friday 29th September we shall be holding our PTA Macmillan Coffee Afternoon. We would be very grateful for any donations of cake to make this years event just as successful as last year. All money raised will be donated to Tameside hospital . Come and enjoy listening to each of our classes perform their chosen songs!
Last Friday we had the election for the children to represent Year 3 on the School Council.

On Monday 11th September we had a visitor from CAFOD called Mr Crosby. He explained what CAFOD was and spoke to all the children about the Power to Be scheme which is helping to provide towns and villages with electricity using solar energy. After performing our dance in the closing ceremony representing Trinidad and Tobago , Year 2 enjoyed a feast of tropical fruits and ginger cake. Harrison's grandma even made us a delicious cake showing the flag of Trinidad.
