In religion the children reflected on the wonder of Creation and how what we do to the planet affects all living things.
They read quotes from Scripture and watched a video of St Francis's Canticle of the Sun. In their books they wrote their own prayer praising God for Creation.
On Friday 7th September we welcomed in the new school year with a celebratory Mass for Our Lady's Birthday which the GIFT Team had helped to organise and set up. We also welcomed parents, governors and people of the parish to celebrate with us.
We welcomed new staff and pupils at the Mass with a prayer card and medal of...
Today we were thinking about how we can work as a team and what qualities are needed for successful teamwork. Each group worked independently and placed their answers in a diamond, with the top box being the most important quality.

The classes then took turns to share what aspect of work they had studied.
Here are some photos from the assembly.
