Over 800,000 different species of invertebrates share our world with us. We weren't looking for that many today fortunately. We did find several different species on our school field - we are going to design a key to classify them....
We have had a really good start to our history topic on Romans. The children have enjoyed drawing their story maps of Claudius, the chieftain and the elephants. They were all very polite and praised my efforts when I drew an elephant. Ask them to tell you the story. We have learnt some interesting words and phrases.
Today we welcomed Mr Crosby into class and learnt about how CAFOD are helping other countries by campaigning, asking the world bank to supply funding for renewable energy.
